- Discussion of findings(interpretation)

- Implications of findings

- Recommendations based on findings

 

2. 문헌고찰 방법 Search Strategy

"주요어"와 "개념" 검색 -> 가능한 참고문헌 목록 파악 -> 문헌의 관련성과 적절성 선별 

(인용문을 통해 새로운 문헌 검색&관련없거나 부적절한 문헌 삭제) 반복

-> 관련 문헌 읽고 정리 -> 참고문헌 정리 -> 자료분석 및 통합 ->문헌고찰 작성

 

📌 Key words : MeSh, EMTREE, PICOST-SD(중재연구 검색방법)

📌 검색 : PubMed, Cochrane, EMBASE ...

    "Key words" AND(교집합) "Key words"/ OR(합집합) / NOT

    * : computer*->computerized ...

    # : wom#n->women, woman 으로 검색

    ? : tum?r -> 미국식/영국식 모두 검색

 

3.  국외 DATABASE

✦ Web of Science 

: pubmed 와 다르게 인문사회학 연구가 많음. 

약어를 써서 TS주제 "TS=dementia" "TS=Qaulity of life"로 검색

 

✦ Impac Factor(IF)* 수준으로 Journal 선택

  * Impact Factor = 피인용지수

  JCR(Journal Citation Reports)

 

✦ Cochrane 

: 질병치료 및 건강관리에 대한 객관적 자료(meta analysis, SR(System Review) 다량&Intervention effect)

 

✦ Scopus 

: 미국 이외 국가에서 출판된 논문들이 많음

 

✦ CINAHL(Cumulative Index to Nursing Allied Health Literature)

: 간호학 관련 저널 및 학위논문, 실험 규정 등, 중재연구 많음

 

4.  문헌고찰 정리-ENDNOTE 

참고문헌 정리 프로그램(워드와 연결되어 논문 쓰기 편함) 

논문->CITE(CITATION) 누르면 endnote 다운받을 수 있음
